I purchased these to use as nuts on my fake ice cream sundaes. They worked beautifully, they look exactly like real nuts! I didn't want to spend a ton of money so I was extremely happy to find this corn cob bedding at such an affordable price.The bedding comes vacuum sealed so I opened it and poured it into a rubbermaid container. It filled the container up entirely so there was roughly 5 cups of bedding!

Decent quality with no smell. It’s also not dusty at all!

The media could not be loaded.  Got this for my Syrian hamster so she could have another texture to play with. I believe she likes digging through it and gathering it in her cheeks to take back to her burrow. For the price, I’d say it’s a pretty good value because it’s one of the cheaper substrate options out there. There was enough to fill a medium tray, but I would not rely solely on this to fill the whole tank. Make sure you freeze upon receiving just to make sure it is safe and clean for your hamster.

Packaging unprofessional.

This bedding package was a lot smaller than i expected it to be. So you would need more than one to fill your cage depending on the size. This bedding is great for absorbing pea and water so you dont have to change as often as regular bedding. You could always put this on top of the regular bedding to use less with the same benefits. I think the bag is a bit small for the price but still not expensive.

Used it in a dig box for my hamster and she enjoys digging in it. I like to put different substrates in her cage along with her sand for enrichment. The amount fills her little box one time .

These are much better than the paper ones you use. My Guinea pig liked to burry himself in it for warmth. Comes with a great amount for even a bigger cage.
