NEXTBOOK Leather Case with Stand for 8'' Tablet PC Black

This little case was purchased due to a last minute black Friday trip to Wal-Mart in which my boyfriend decided that he wanted to buy a inexpensive tablet to use with his Bluetooth OBMII reader. So when we ordered this the price was fair. when it came in the mail the purchased item was appropriately packaged and the seller sent out the item quickly. The case fit on the tablet even though it was not a nextbook. We have used this case for the last 2 years and it has held up with moderate use. The case feels great and not cheap. would recommend if your looking for a case that is really inexpensive and it needs to hold up.

I do like this product and find myself just using the case when I go out, but don't use it when I am home. I do find that with the case on it is a little difficult to touch some of the apps and functions on the screen. It does stand up but if you push too hard it will collapse. Better to use this as a protector in case you drop it.

I bought this cover for my wife and she raved about it. She had bought a less expensive one and she hated it so much she took it off and did not use it. This cover fits very well except for the plug that charges it. I tried making a hole in the flap that covers the charging port but the leather is too thick. I could have made the hole bigger I guess but my wife said she was afraid it would damage the flap and that it was no big deal because she just raises the flap to charge it. I still gave it 5 stars because it is a very nice product and there is not much out there for the 8" notebooks.

I bought this case for my son's Sophix 8 inch tablet that Gamestop sells for $130. I couldn't find a case that stated to fit that model, so I tried with this one, and it fits very well. I did notice that once you put the tablet inside the case, the only thing that secure the tablet was a little magnetic flap that goes under the tablet. It seemed to me it wasn't too strong. Besides, as the case was not exactly fit for the tablet, we had to lift the flap when charging to connect the cable.Well, today my son took the tablet and walked without noticing the flap was not secured, and the tablet felt to the ground and cracked the digitizer leaving a trail of tear and cries.So, now I think it would had been better to add one of those velcro stripes with sticky back. Learn from my experience, and add an extra safety feature... just in case.

This case is lightweight, the PU leather does not feel overly plasticy, It fits my Nextbook HD quite well, though the holes, as stated in the description and comments, are in the wrong place. If I was using headphones or external media more, I'd probably punch holes in the supports, as my usage is more for text based items (and games) I've not needed to do so.I wanted an inexpensive case to protect an inexpensive tablet. This case has done exactly what it promised and what I needed. The appearance is quite acceptable, the PU leather has a nice feel and will do nicely for many years.

I have bought 4 tablets and with each one I have bought a different case. Out of all of the cases I have looked at, this is the most secure and versatile case I have found. The others have neoprene or plastic clips to hold the tablets. This actually has a sleeve to place the tablet in that you can still use and it keeps it from falling out. I wish I had found this sooner and I would have ordered these for all 4 of the tablets I have bought.

The quality of the item is great, it meets my needs. If you have NEXTBOOK you'll need a case and this is the best I have found. I had a little problem with the strap being over the power input and earplug. I used a hole punch so I could charge my tablet with the case on. Other wise I have had no problems with the case.

Well made, holds the tablet well, does everything well but allow access to the power, volume and half the external ports. Granted my tablet has more than normal, but that is why I bought it. Since there is no cover made for it specifically I doubt I'll ever find better than a four star cover. At least it is leather and does stand up well.
