This stuff detangles my hair and leaves it soft. It smells good too but I’m sensitive to strong fragrances. It makes my head itch if I let it get on my scalp.

I was washing my hair with a pervious shampoo and conditioner that worked extremely well to grow my hair but it lacked In providing me the hydration my hair needed (see photo in black sweater) my hair is thin and dry but I have a lot of it (contrary to my bald spot as it was bleach burned in that spot years ago) I wanted to switch to a hydration solution since my hair has met the length goal I was aiming for. I found this Food For Soft Hair set. I got the shampoo, conditioner and oil. So far for the first wash and treatments it's showing some lovely result. I am excited to see what routine washes will do for it! My hair feels lighter and is definitely not as tangled as it was prior to using this method.
