If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I have a consistent problem with my digestive system wanting me to keep all my meals inside for several days (or longer). I have tried digestive enzymes, pre-probiotics, magnesium, Ashwagandha, extra caffeine, light laxatives like MiraLAX, Selenium, etc. I take two of these 30 minutes before I eat in the morning and I have coffee probably halfway through that time because I can’t wait and my coffee does have milk and cream. In 30 to 40 minutes I get to say goodbye to yesterday‘s meal. This is a godsend for me and Something that I will always have on stock. I love that this is made in the USA which makes me trust it more. I also love that this is lower price than many other products on the market. It also has more of a dosage than those other products. Though I do get free products for reviews, this is not one of them. I did research and found this one on my own! Nobody suggested this brand to me, nor did I records any kind of incentive. This is 100 % my experience and my money.

Take this for Liver Health and Arterial Plaque reduction (YES...scientific evidence shows this supplement can reduce SOFT arterial plaque in certain patients/clients during studies)...However, for better food digestion (Especially people whom no longer have a Gallbladder), studies show Ox Bile is best. Also, these two supplements CAN be use together. Lastly this Product is the real deal and is a potent amount...any bitterness tasted is a GOOD sign; per Tudca is a extremely bitter synthetic tasting formula.

I assume this product does what it is suppose to do. In about 6 months I will take a CT Scan. 6 months ago a scan showed sludge in my gallbladder. This would be a precursor to forming stones. Certain irritation under my right front rib[typically gallbladder and liver. Today they are gone. I have not changed my diet, accept for a bit less beef. This is due to current costs. I have an 8 lb. Brisket I am thinking about this weekend.

This is the best TUDCA on the market at a great price. It has a great effect even when taking a single capsule (550mg). I take it with food in the morning. I have tried several other brands, but this one is the best.
