Works exactly as advertised!
Arrived fast, installed easy. It was easy to cut the rubber to fit around obstructions with a utility knife. There was plenty of adhesive for our two single-door garage. Each door is 8 feet wide. It looks sharp!

It works! Seems well-made just wish it was 3/4 inch.
Can’t fault the quality or the price. For my situation I wish it was 3/4 inch, instead of 1/2 inch high. If you were to buy 3/4 inch, it’s like three times the price. I wish it would be easier to lay down straight. Maybe if a metal strip was molded into it would help to keep it straight on the floor while positioning it. Update after a few rain storms water is no longer leaking through the garage door. Absolutely dry. Still wish it was 3/4 inch high.

Easy Installation
This was a breeze to install! They provide way more silicone adhesive than needed but make sure you have a caulking gun to apply it. The rubber is malleable and doesn't require you to lay it out in the sun to get retrain it. You can easily trim this to size with a box cutter. No special tools needed. Great product!

Game changer.
This was a game changer for my garage. I’m so glad I found this. For years water was coming into my garage from rain. After I installed this rubber seal. NO more rain, this is the best. Definitely worth the investment. Very good quality, easy to install. You do have to get use to the little bump coming in and out of the garage. Also made my garage door seal tighter. LOVE it.

STOPS LEAK UNDER GARAGE DOORS - GREAT PRODUCT!
I recently installed this product under my garage door, as well as, my neighbor's. Both are 9' sectional doors. The Seal Strip is high-quality and easy to install. Before ordering, I read multiple reviews. Some people were not satisfied with the included construction adhesive so I used Gorilla Max Strength Clear. One cartridge did both doors and was extremely easy to apply. Thankfully, the 20' coiled roll was closer to 21' since about 10" of the inside end is permanently coiled and must be discarded. I tried straightening it in a vise between 2-pieces of wood and leaving it in 100 degree temp for 24-hours ... no luck! I also tried using a heat gun (very hot and would melt the rubber if held too close) both without and with weights on the seal ... didn't work. I wound up using the 'curled' scrap as a template for cutting each end so it would fit nicely in and around the garage door track at the floor. In addition, I screwed, glued and caulked short pieces of 2" rubber belting from the back of the track to the baseboard since there's always a tiny crack in the door weather stripping at the bottom. Rain can leak there if the wind is strong. I also caulked both ends of the seal inside the door track. Not even a drop of water can enter now.
