Worked flawlessly in my smoke generator producing a lovely Smokey flavour to my bacon. Just make sure you pack the dust into your generator firmly and you should have no problems .I recommend this wood dust and will most definitely be buying it again.

Superb wood dust with lovely flavour. If using in a cold smoke generator make sure you microwave your dust for a minute before use to ensure it's fully dry
