Good world map but a bit smaller than I imagined.

I am writing this review to show my gratitude toward Earthabitats since they have shown great professionalism and care for their customers. The first map that I purchased didn't work so they sent me another brand new map to replace the previous one. This one is great and I want to thank them for being so incredible. This map is clear and you can scratch easily, plus it looks amazing on the wall. Very pleased with the purchase!

I bought this product for 4 people for Christmas and they all love it. It is well presented and a great idea for people who want to record their travels. My only regret is that I didnt order one for myself yet.

Very much worth the money, i got a email from the company telling me instructions and wishing me happy scratching, A great map with good accessories like the guitar pick to use when scratching and the stickers that you can put on the map as well were a nice touch. Looks great when framed.

The map itself looks lovely, it's presented very well, the accessories are a nice touch, and the paper is thick. However, the scratch-off stuff isn't the same quality as the original scratch-off map which I've bought as gifts for others. This doesn't come off as cleanly, and often left smudges or residue which made the smaller countries impossible to see, even when using the provided scratcher/tools. The size of this map is also a little bizarre, it's not a standard size so finding a frame was difficult and in the end I just modified one to fit it. I'm not sure why they've chosen to make it a non-standard size! I really like the flags on the bottom, which makes up for it slightly, but I wish they'd improve the quality of the scratch-off stuff instead of including the accessories bag.

I love this map! The colors are beautiful and it looks just like the colors you see in the pictures. I was most excited to scratch off Brazil since I have traveled there before, and this beautiful pink color came out just like the pictures. What I really liked were the little details on the map such as the landmarks that the countries are known for. I pay attention to details and I love that this company does the same in their product. The map was a perfect size to frame, it's not excessively large but not really small either. Another thing is the map is thick and not super thin so I did not feel like I was going to accidentally rip it apart when scratching off the countries. I did a lot of research between many scratch off map until I decided on buying this one. And I am so glad that I did because this map is everything that I wanted and more. Originally when I ordered the map, I had Prime and it was suppose to arrive in two days. Due to a problem on Amazon's part, the package did not come to me until about a week later and the map was dented inside because someone in shipping had put something heavy on it. Luckily, the company of this map had already contacted me and wanted to know if I was happy with my product. I explained the situation to them and before I knew it, a new map was sent to my house and I received it in a matter of a couple days! I am so appreciative that this company had amazing owners and great customer service because I believe that not all companies would go out of their way to make things right. Buy this map, you will not regret it!!

I LOVE this poster!!! It has exactly everything I wanted. I love the flags at the bottom, as well as all of the little pictures on the map that are revealed when you scratch them off (for example, Florida has a little drawing to represent DisneyWorld, and California has the Hollywood sign). The map is great quality, and I love that it comes with a few nice touches, like a guitar pick to scratch locations off, a magnifier, stickers, and an eraser (to get rid of the shavings that come off when scratching), all in a cute little pouch. The map itself comes in a nice tube, which is handy to transport it (if you're like me and move around a lot). Additionally, I love that all of the countries are different colors (I had previously bought a different scratch off map where all of the countries on every continent were the same color, and I was so disappointed by that, because it was hard to distinguish between them). I really couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a scratch off map!!

This map came in a very very sturdy tube that you can travel with. It’s a little bit large for a carry-on, but it’s a really cute map and I’ve seen other creators use it and you get a scratch off whenever you visit a country and it’s just great memorabilia. It’s great for your family or anything great quality and an easy way to move it around.

Purchased this item as a gift for some of my friends who are world travelers, as well as myself. Product arrives in the nicely labeled tube as shown. The tube is really easy to open and was storing the map, stickers, eraser, magnifying glass and scratching pick. The map has a natural curve to it (since it was rolled up) but it's nothing a warm iron on top of some towels can't smooth out. The map is a nice, sturdy quality and looks really nice in a black frame. The only "issues" I ran into was scratching off places I've visited. You do have to put a little elbow grease into it, but eventually it'll scratch off. Certain places in the USA (like the Northeast) were a bit difficult because everything is so close together, so you end up scratching all of those areas. But overall, it's a pretty good product. If you're in the market for recording your journey's on a scratch-off map, my recommendation is: BUY.
