This is a good way to cleanse your lymphatic system. I added this to my coffee to take it. I tried it without anything and the taste was strange. Not terrible but not good either. I did not experience any side effects. I love that the ingredients are herbal. I’ve not used this a whole month yet so I’m still figuring out all the positive effects. My hope is this boosts my immune system and increases my energy levels as it detoxes my system. I definitely recommend this product if you are wanting to detox your lymphatic system and boost your immune system.

I used this for a year after having a tummy tuck and lipo 360. I'm not sure if it actually helped or not. But it doesn't taste bad, doesn't smell bad, it was easy to take. Sometimes I would put some in water and other times I just drank it straight. It didn't upset my stomach and I didn't notice any bad side effects. It isn't expensive and I would continue to use if I ever decided on any other surgeries.

I have a slow lymphatic system (runs in the family) and was taught how to do massage for it - which works. But, I’ve been using this for months just to make sure I don’t get backup in my lower legs. It has good ingredients and bonus- methylene blue! No side effects. It does taste nasty but it’s not so awful you can’t hold it in your mouth for a minute. Just drink after.

This is my second time buying this product. The first bottle was fine. I would add it to my drip drop mixed with water. The taste was fine. I bought a second bottle and today the taste is horrible. It has a bitter after taste. If I had know the ingredients changed, I would have not repurchased this. Please change the ingredients back to the original recipe.

so the product arrived yesterday and I’ve used it twice now. It is odorless, but definitely not meant to like noted in the previous reviews. I mix it with a bottle of water. I drink it down, unfortunately, it leaves an aftertaste. So far I feel good. I feel chill.

Love this! Put it in my water and it makes it taste great and feels like its effective in helping with swollen lymph nodes in throat area.

have been using these lymphatic drainage drops and I really like them. They are easy to take and I feel less bloated and lighter after using them. The taste is a little strong, but overall I am happy with the product and would recommend giving it a try
