SuiteSymphony Wood Closet Drawer, Storage Tower Add On Accessory, Shaker Style, 25” x 10”, Pure White

I bought these drawers for my Closetmaid starter kit. The system is definitely the budget model in look and feel, but I think they'll hold up as long as any other closet system out there. I did swap out the original handles with 3.75" brushed brass ones to match my decor (just know that the screws that come with most handles are too long. I used #8 - 3/4" screws on mine). Another thing to note is that the bottom drawer is really hard to open on new carpet since the closet system sits on the floor with no space to spare. It would've been better if they built the system with an extra inch below where the bottom drawer would go. So I'm going to put rarely used stuff in that drawer. Drawers are easy to assemble--I had them together in no time. In fact, the entire system is doable for a single woman to do (though putting the top half of the closet organizer itself took all my strength). Good system that when you add drawers is 100x better than wire shelving.

We bought several closet maid components. We wanted to try to save some money by purchasing the used - "like new", used - "very good" and used - "renewed". After putting together two of these used drawers, we decided it wasn't worth saving the ~ $15 because the drawers were lopsided upon install and/or too broken to be worth the repair work. We purchase frequently from Amazon Warehouse and have never felt like anything we've bought is such a lesser quality than new that we've had to return it until we purchased these. It's worth a shot, but don't be surprised if you have to return upon buying used. That said, we've purchased 3 of the brand new drawers and the brand new closet systems (x3) and the product is great. The new drawers are centered, level, and have smooth pulls. It's easy to put together. The price is much better than other closet systems. And, overall, they look beautiful and have a great impact keeping your closet organized. We changed the hardware and did a shiplap interior of our closets. These look wonderful.

This drawer was so easy to put together after going through, verifying I had all the pieces needed, then when and grabbed both a phillip's and flathead screw driver. In all from start to finish, it took my 25 minutes to assemble and install. It fits nicely, it’s starting to my closet look great, adds tons of functionality to my closet system, it’s pretty sturdy, and I believe it’s a great value for my for my sanity when organizing a tiny closet. I will definitely be getting another drawer this size and 3 of the larger 25” wide drawers to have a total of 5 drawers. These are definitely needed after moving a townhouse with a massive walk-in closet and vanity, to a single tiny, what I would use in a guest room, as a standard closet.

Great for the price but l got it on sale. Decent quality and seems to be durable so far. We’ve had some of the drawers for almost 2 years now.

I did all of this on my own! This kit makes it so easy to do everything! I can't believe how cool it all looks!!! I hoped this would be a good investment... This was an AMAZING investment! DOUBLED our storage space, if not tripped! We used 2 of the poles on that back wall, then 1 in the little cubby 4ft area. I'll attach before and afters... So PERFECT. The drawers and shelves are nice and work well. The design is good too. It isn't very difficult to assemble. BUT a major problem is the screws that come with the drawers will destroy delicate clothes and they are some unknown thread that nobody has ever seen. I attempted to replace them with 8/32 since the screws that came with the drawers screwed into a 8/32 nut and seemed to fit. Well I twisted the head off of 2 screws before deciding that 8/32 will not work. So the only option is to replace all of the handles which wouldn't be a big deal except I already paid for handles and shouldn't have to buy them again.

I have been using these in our closets for years. Our original set in my daughter’s room began to fall apart so I ordered 3 new drawers. 2 of them were OK quality, and the 3rd was significantly reduced quality. It was very flimsy, the bottom of the drawer was not attached and would buckle when I put clothes in, and even the color was different than the others. The cheap ones are in a bright white and the older style are a creamier white. I ordered a replacement and one additional and both of them were the cheap version. The front of one of the drawers is separated and when I put one together the peg went straight through the back of the drawer. I give up. I don’t want to change my whole closet system right now so I got drawer enforcers for the bottom and I will have to deal with it for now, but a big disappointment.

I have purchased four of these drawers and would purchase again and again for additional projects. These are so easy to put together.

Cheapest quality fibreboard, only two wall supports for such a large unit, looks cheap, the locking clips are placed at the edge of the cheap mdf boards easily broken during assembly, I am astounded at what $500 gets u these days, very dissatisfied!
