I have this product plug for like 2 days and it still is not charging so I don't know what's the deal. ... in the instructions say that you have to plug the thing for like 20 hours still not charging😡😡😡😡

Product works Manufacturers Customer Service Not So Much
I debated on how many stars to give this product. The product arrived as specified and on time. We plugged it in to charge it. A red charging light was supposed to come on and stay on after charging, but it never did. The instructions were that the first charge would take 20 hours. The light never came on, so I wrote the company, not the business that sold it to us. Their answer was only what the instructions already told us. The spin scrubber is working so far, but still no light. We will have to see how long before it needs charging again. So, three stars. The product works really well, but a manufacturer's customer service should be more concerned about a customer's needs - at least concerned enough to read the email sent to them.
