The vegetarian no beef base is amazing. It is the perfect base for minestrone. I like this better than the no chicken base. It really curbs cravings having soup for my meals when using this base. It adds so much depth of flavor to vegetable soups now, similar to those beef flavored canned soups i used to love before becoming a lifelong vegetarian.

This is a great product. Adds so much to my chili but don't stop there! It is my go to when I don't have spices I may need in other recipes.
