Doesnt need to be consumed With each meal. You can take it even once a day or once a while when you eat heavy or feel like you’re having a “naughty” meal.The only thing i dont like is the amylase. Can digest your nasty carbs and make you lil fat. We need more protein and less carbs if anything. But you cant blame the supplement for that

Strongly suspect this caused constipation
I've been having these once a day, after breakfast, for a couple of weeks. Now I have frequent constipation and loss of appetite. My stomach feels bloated too. Since I haven't made any other change in my diet or lifestyle, this super enzyme is the only cause I can think of. I'll be stopping this for a couple of weeks to see if there's any reversal in my symptoms.
