Bought it for toddler’s bed, first accident on it today was huge and this protector did amazing! The mattress was completely dry. It also doesn’t make a crinkle sound and the material itself is so soft. Machine wash and dryer friendly. Bought one for my bed too.

EDIT: so after a few months of disappointment, the manufacturer reached out to me via email, I was a bit weary as they said I had gotten a cover from a batch of faulty sheets. But they offered to replace the sheet, no cost to me. Who was I to say no right? So I took them up on the offer. Fast forward, we tested the sheet when we recieved it before putting it on the bed and it didn't leak so we gave it a second try. It kept our daughters bed dry when she had an accident, we are more than happy with the product even after the bumpy start. For the premium price that was paid, I was originally very disappointed as seen below. We are very happy with this product now, and appreciate the patience and time this company took to right the wrong. We bought this when we bought the naturpedic twin mattress for our daughter. We were super excited at how soft and quiet the mattress cover was, not like the others we tried that were plastic and crinkled. In hind sight, this should have been a warning. As the first time our daughter had an accident it soaked directly through the pad and left a stain on the mattress. Kids have accidents right, it's what they do, this was with a week of starting to use the pad. We washed it per instructions, I even let it air dry and didn't use the dryer even though it said I could. Very disappointed in the product. Ended up buying a mattress pad from bed bath and beyond for 39 bucks and putting this one over that one so it was at least quieter.

After countless hours of research we went all in for my daughter's "big girl" bed. We determined it was one of the most important investments in our home. We purchased a Naturepedic mattress and naturally decided to pair that with a Naturepedic waterproof mattress cover. It is great quality, is soft and does not create any extra noise, and provides good absorbency. We; however, have only had experiences with diaper leaks as of this point, as we have not had any diaper-free nights, so I can not attest to the absorbency for full-on accidents. Overall, I al so pleased with this purchase and would absolutely recommend the investment.

With a Tempur-Pedic mattress was using a Tempur-Pedic mattress cover for many years. Then one day after wash sheets notice little white flakes all over and realized it was coming from the mattress cover. Did some research and was completely shocked how many horrible chemicals Tempur-Pedic uses in not only their mattresses but especially their mattress covers. While the mattress is comfortable there is no reason to buy a Tempur-Pedic mattress cover especially when you see how much nasty chemicals are used and it basically started falling apart within a couple years. Found this Organic Mattress cover and extremely happy with this purchase. It is priced good, fits Tempur-Pedic mattress perfectly and most importantly organic without any horrible chemicals.

False advertisement! It’s not 100% cotton! It contains a thick layer of polyurethane. I woke up with a head ache and wondered. No where in the description it tells you the truth. You need to go to Q&A to find it out. Here is what it says: The Naturepedic Organic Waterproof Mattress Protector is made with two layers of organic cotton jersey (100% GOTS certified), so the fabric that touches you and your mattress is 100% organic cotton. However, it also contains a thin waterproof polyurethane film sandwiched between the cotton layers (similar to a layer of saran wrap) to provide the waterproof barrier. This polyurethane layer is GOTS-approved and GREENGUARD Gold certified — free from vinyl/PVC, phthalates, and latex. So while the outer fabric is 100% organic cotton, the product as a whole is not 100% cotton due to the waterproof membrane.

It is a nice quality but is a little too big for the mattress. I am always needing to tuck it in or it leaves ridges under the sheets.

I compared mattress covers for about a week online and though this wasn't the cheapest option, I could tell by the reviews online and from peers that it was the highest quality available. Also, Naturepedic has excellent customer service and I knew we'd be 'extra' protected if need be. The cover fits perfectly on our full size Naturepedic latex mattress (which needs to be protected!). It was easy to put on and has been easy to take off the few times it's gotten dirty. We use it for our newly potty trained toddler's bed and have had quite a few accidents on it so far. The ease of throwing it in the laundry machine and having it clean an hour later couldn't be better. Also, it doesn't crinkle like most covers. The only thing I would change is that it would fully wrap around the bed (underneath) but it's definitely easier to use and looks nicer with it only covering the top and sides. Luckily, the waterproof top extends many inches over the actual top of the mattress so that it FULLY covers the entire sleep surface. I can't imagine we will ever damage our mattress with this!

I am so impressed with the Naturepedic Organic Waterproof Mattress Protector! It’s soft, breathable, and doesn’t make that loud crinkly noise that most waterproof protectors do. I love knowing it’s made with organic materials and free from harsh chemicals, especially for my kids’ beds. What really sold me was when my son had an accident during the night and the mattress was completely protected. Not a single thing soaked through the pad, and cleanup was so easy. The mattress underneath looked brand new. It has already paid for itself in peace of mind alone. It also washes great and still fits perfectly after multiple washes. Highly recommend for parents or anyone wanting a high-quality, truly waterproof mattress protector!

nice soft thick cotton material. I love that it is not waterproof on the sides (i feel like things can breath). thick canvas like cotton on the top, and stretchy jersey cotton on the sides. i had the crib protector and liked it. unfortunately, the product is a lot more orange, which showed through my white sheets (and other colour sheets) so i returned it.
