How often should I oil or condition my glove?

Oil your glove when the leather appears dry or lighter in color. Leather will lose its natural oils as it gets used and will need to be rehydrated or it will begin to dry out, crack, and become stiff.

Should I oil or condition my glove?

If the glove is very dried out then it will need to first be oiled and then conditioned to restore the leather. If the glove is periodically maintained and not in bad condition then you can just condition the glove without having to use oil first.

Does my brand new glove need to be oiled or conditioned?

Typically a new glove does not need to be oiled or conditioned. Oil helps to recondition the glove after it has been used and begun to lose some of its natural oils. Oil may darken the leather depending on the color and leather type of the glove.
