Great for BJJ
I use this 2X a week for prehab and rarely get the elbow tendinitis I used to experience when rolling / BJJ.

They seem to work.
I bought these as part of my therapy for a pinched nerve in my shoulder. The bars are simple to use, they have have a consistent resistance and after a months use, there has been no sign of them breaking down. They seem to be working like they're supposed to.

Great for Seniors
I previously purchased the green, medium, bar and it improved the strength in my arms so much that I upgraded to the blue, heavy, bar. This is the exact equipment used by my therapist for my arthritis. There are others less expensive. This is study and made from quality materials to last.

Quite good
Good for stretching tight tissues, strengthen the wrist and forearm and some other ways just wish it was longer to keep wrists in line with shoulders and to use as a little pole for floor work

Effective PT at Home
Friend's heart-surgery did something to nerve in arm/hand (placement of arm/hand during surgery) He had PT and having these at home helped him heal more quickly. Highly recommend.

Perfect for at home carpal tunnel therapy
My physical therapist has me using these to do my exercises at home. Great for wrist extension, flexion, stabilization exercises, and rolling massage over the area. Hoping to work my way up to the blue soon, glad they came in a pack. Great value for such an essential therapy tool!

"Natural Rubber" = Latex
I was sad to find out that this item is made of latex. I immediately picked it up and knew it wasn't for me.Technically yes... the description it reads "natural rubber" (which upon a google search does in fact mean latex), but for many folks who are dealing with pain and prioritizing how when can start rehab, it'd be more helpful if this came right out and listed it as latex. Perhaps I'm being too demanding, but the description that is written looks very much like they are intentionally holding off on describing it as such in hopes of getting folks like me to buy before realizing it.
