NEO CHAIR Office Desk Chair, Ergonomic Mesh with Flip-Up Armrests, Beige

Originally I was going to invest $300-$500 into a well-known quality chair, and while I was shopping around, I really just wanted a chair with armrests that flip up. I'm a console gamer, so I use a controller. I found that my elbows would always hit my armrests while I would play. I stumbled upon this budget chair, and I was like, "Why spend a bunch of money when this budget chair can give me what I need?" I am more than happy I chose it! Starting with the tilt tension, it honestly feels extremely comfortable; when you lean back, you can adjust it to your liking. The lumbar support is definitely solid as well; no complaints there. The seat cushion seems like you can sit in for hours with no worries. As I said above, the armrests do in fact flip up, which is why I bought this mainly. You aren't finding many budget chairs with armrests that flip up. ALSO EASY ASSEMBLY! I'm very happy with this chair; I recommend it!

When I recieved the chair, I was very happy with the comfort and look, especially for the price. Highly recommend the ivory color, which is giving modern and high-end vibes. The chair was also easy to set up (~20-30 minutes by myself). However after sitting on the chair, it was also VERY squeaky, especially when leaning forward/back and it sounded like it was coming from the base control mechanism under the chair. I emailed customer service and I just want to say that their customer service is AMAZING. They responded very fast and after sending them over some photos and videos of the squeaking, they sent me a replacement for the control mechanism and it arrived quickly. After replacing the control mechanism, the squeaking completely went away!!! Overall very impressed by their customer service and satisfied with the chair.

I spend a lot of my spare time editing photographs on my computer and needed a new chair. I purchased this chair because the price was reasonable and the description of the item seemed to fit what I was looking for, it is very nice quality, the ergonomics of the chair are very nice and I enjoy the lumbar support and the stability of the wheel configuration. The alignment of the back helps me not to feel fatigued even after a long session of photo editing. The chair is stable without any indication of tipping and has held up well from day one. I highly recommend this one.

I’m pretty happy overall with this chair. It does require assembly, but the process was surprisingly simple and straightforward. The instructions were for the most part clear, just make sure you follow the numbers. (Verify you have all the washers for the number of screws-mine hardware was short, but I had some here at home) I was able to put it together completely on my own without needing a second person, which was a big plus. The chair itself is comfortable and provides lumbar back support (If you have a lumbar support pillow you can still use it), making it great for long hours at a desk. It feels sturdy and looks nice in my workspace.

Honestly great chair, I bought it for my college dorm and it’s the perfect size and I like that it goes really low and really high. Very comfortable and easy to build.

I’ve been really happy with this chair. The seat is comfortable and the mesh back gives good support without making me feel too hot after sitting for a while. I also like that I can adjust it to a comfortable height for my desk. It rolls smoothly and feels sturdy during everyday use. The clean design looks nice in my room too. For the price, it has been a great office chair and I would definitely recommend it.

I genuinely love this chair its a nice color and I found it comfortable. The instructions were easy to follow BUT I did struggle inserting the wheels but apart from that the rest of the building process was good. I do also like how the arm rest can be lifted up!! I also will say that it is sturdy and has great stability.

Pretty easy to assemble. The instructions were clear. The wheels were a challenge, and a flip over and a few taps of a small hammer, handled that. The leg insertion was hard and the join isn’t clean, but I can’t see it while I’m sitting in the chair, so no big deal. It rolls stiffly right now. A chair mat might be good, vs. laminate flooring. I’m hoping the seat ‘breaks in’ and becomes a little softer -right now it’s like sitting on a padded rock. The flip up arms are a good thing, and I have a tendency to sit further forward in my chairs when creating, so longer, and a little wider arms would be nice. Over all, it’s what it is and priced accordingly. I don’t love it right now, but it’s the first day - certainly not disassembling to return - lol

Love this chair! Comfortable and tucks in nicely to my small desk. Was easy to build and did it on my own with the to provided!
