Can this product help me to reduce a scar from the foreskin

If you're worried about a scar you can try rosemary oil, and any cream with vitamin e, overtime the scar will fade and look less like a scar as it fades but this stuff purely will moisturise your soldier and make him look and feel younger and more responsive like a freshly built throttle body and clean injectors with a remapped ECU, if you know what im saying ;)

What is this product specifically for ??

Well I used it to increase skin strength for the area mentioned. Few weeks now, daily and all good. Did one week on my arm first to make sure not allergic 😁

Do you apply under forskin, so on the inside of the foreskin?

I do. If you have a foreskin that is easily and fully retractible, just apply it to the glans and rub it in working back around the coronal ridge and the inside of the foreskin that is exposed behind that. I usually do this after first applying the cream to the outside of the penis.
