Goodness I am tired of seeing people give negative reviews because of user error! This is a great product if used correctly. I have very thick hair and extremely sensitive skin. I was terrified of pulling the first patch, but it's not as terrible as I thought. My legs look and feel great. I'm excited to keep using this kit and hopefully see my hair thin out! I got the Rose because people said the Honey was messier. I like the smell and use of the Rose wax. Tips/Explanations: 1. Baby powder helps the wax cling to the hairs and not your skin. LESS PAINFUL. 2. BABY OIL IS YOUR BESTIE. The little spray bottle, it's just baby oil so go get a bottle of that from the store, the tiny bottle won't be enough. Lather the oil everywhere the wax was and it will remove the extra wax and stickiness. Bonus, makes your skin much softer too. I don't like the feel of oil, but my skin feels amazing after it's been absorbed. 3. Apply wax WITH hair growth--means which way the hair is pointing. Leg hair grows down so sweep the wax stick going down your leg. 4. Pull OPPOSITE of hair growth to pull the hairs out. Pulling WITH hair growth will get some but not all because hairs will slip out from the wax, and it will be MORE PAINFUL because it's pulling and NOT removing! 5. Bruising means you're doing it wrong!! With my delicate skin, I didn't bruise at all. My skin got irritated because I had the wax melt for 50mins so it was really hot, my fault. (Wasn't unbearable and didn't burn me!) 6. Leave it to melt/warm longer than 20mins for ease, I recommend 30mins. Hold the bottle upside down a few seconds before applying so that the wax is at the roller. 7. Use 1 strip beforehand to get the wax onto the roll beforehand. It will be painful trying to roll it on your skin over and over till the wax comes out.

Everyone who says it's fault, is wrong.
Great product. I love it, I find it WAY less painful than other wax. Easy to use. This was my first soft wax kit after only ever using hard wax. 100% recommend. I use it on legs and bikini area and works wonderfully. When you first use it, it take a while to warm up, around 30 mins.

Does not roll on smoothly/painful
I usually use hard wax beads but decided to give this a try. I will say this was much more painful than hard wax IMO. I let this warm up for enough time, 15-20 minutes. And even then it was pretty hard to roll on. I tried rolling it on the wax paper first, but both ways were just too much work; when this product is supposed to be much easier/convenient. I did get some bruising / hyperpigmentation in some areas.

Learning curve, wax quality is OK
OK, so there’s definitely a learning curve to be able to master the application, you won’t get it on the first try. I was looking for an at home hair removal solution and came across this on TikTok. I really hate dealing with the wooden sticks and heating pots so I thought this would be a good alternative. I listened to the reviews and let it heat up for about an hour. I did my legs and my bikini line and I’m not going to lie, it took quite a long time so I’m including some tips below. - The pink wax is better than the honey wax. Although I did notice that the pink wax works better when it’s the first time you’ve used it. When heating it up for a second or third time it gets sticky and not as easy to glide on. - Continue to heat the wax it in between applications because it will start to harden on the inside. Basically plug it in between each application. - When it first heats up, roll it across one of the wax strips to make sure the consistency is good. - Make sure to apply the after hair removal solution that it includes Overall, the product is OK. I really like the application method but I think it would be better if they improve the quality of the wax.

Great for at home waxing!
I would recommend to first watch multiple videos on how to use this product. I will try to explain a helpful step by step process that works for me: 1. Heat up wax. (I usually heat it up for max 1.5 hours to not burn myself, use a strip to test the texture of the wax/ it should roll on smoothly to wax.) 2. Wax after taking a shower. Make sure the area you are waxing is completely dry. 3. Apply a generous amount of baby powder to area. 4. I personally use this product only for armpit waxing. Pull on your armpit and apply wax to the same direction as hair growth. 5. Press on wax strip and now with force pull the strip the opposite direction of hair growth. 6. Apply oil that comes with device to area to remove wax. Pat to dry area. Over all it takes time and practice for you to get a clean wax. That is why I give it overall 4 stars. Great product to use to wax at home but it will take time to understand how to properly use it for the best results. Good luck and I hope this helped! :)
