I good value model that was a bit of a challenge to make with regards the wheels and tracks. This is the first attempt with Tamiya's individual tracks and it did take a fair amount of time and patience but in the end it worked out OK. Not 100% sure it is worth the effort as I think I spent as much time making and fitting the tracks as I did the rest of the model

What a great tank and it was fun building and painting it went with my Sherman with its turret blown off.

A late Tiger which could be built to show various tanks from 1944 to 1945.

Tamiya has some great kits and this is one of them. I have built 2 versions of this kit. The kit is simple and easy to assemble into a nice model for a novice. With aftermarket add ons, this can be turned into a very nice model. This kit has separate link tracks that are simple to assemble. This is a good kit for a novice to start out with separate tracks. Not as detailed as a Ryefield Tiger kit, but not nearly as difficult either. Recommend this kit. For an intermediate builder, this is a weekend kit.

Me ha quedado muy bonito pero no lo aconsejo para principiantes por la dificultad que entraña que haya que montar las cadenas pieza a pieza, pero es un entretenimiento más del que adquirir experiencia.

Was a blast to put together. Tamiya design have been great so far and this one isn't an exception. The diagrams are always clear if you properly look at them and the parts are clearly designed for easy assembly. There were also basically no mould lines.
