Just "OK". The air pods themselves were always falling out of my ears during exercise, lawn work, every day activities, etc. I ordered the middle/large fit hoping they would be more stable. It didn't really meet my needs. The hook doesn't hold onto the airpod well. There's too much give, you if you try to adjust the airpod in your ear, the hook and the airpod easily disconnect. This hook also doesn't help with keeping a snug fit with the airpod into your ear. It just kind of hangs loosely. I'll just stick to wearing my over-the-ear Beats for now.
