Telescoping Skylight Pole with Hook 4-6 feet

Perfect even for left handers

Very lightly constructed with push-button adjustment. I doubt it will last more than a season. Would have been very inexpensive to put some additional material into it and make it last a lifetime.

The media could not be loaded. We have a very high skylight. We have had to bring a ladder into the bathroom for the past year in order to open and close it. Quite the hassle. Finally came across this pole and decided to give it a whirl. Extended all the way, it is just long enough and I can keep my feet on the ground. Disregard the ceiling in need of repair, of course the skylight leaked after installation...however, the pole works great. Does just what it is supposed to, open and close the skylight easily. Due to the height of the skylight, it isn't always easy to unhook the pole without giving it a slight twist sometimes. It isn't terribly heavy which is nice. Hopefully it'll last a good long while.

This is the perfect tool for opening and closing the skylights in our kitchen. The skylights are just under 10 ft off the floor, and the telescoping of this tool allows me to easily engage the mechanism for operating the skylights. It’s easy to use. I wish I had bought it sooner!

The pole is lightweight and well-made, but I had to alter the hook to get it to fit over the eye-hook/screw that operates my skylight window. This problem might be unique to my particular windows, but I would caution others to measure the diameter of the eye-hook screw on the their window and refer to the diagram of the hook that is shown with the pole specifications.

Poles were very light weighted and felt like they would break easily. One pole’s handle actually comes off when using it, making it hard to open/close skylights with the plastic handle.

This works ok but I wish that the hook wasn’t as thick. It’s a little hard to get it hooked onto the skylight and also a little hard to remove.
