Good taste; not dripping with sugar-water
These are tasty tidbits to throw into my morning oatmeal or a baking project. They have a nice orange taste without being overwhelmingly sweet. Best of all, the container does not have the cubed orange rind dripping with sugar-water.

These peels have more of a liquid sugar coating
This was such a great buy for my orders of candied orange brioche I was making out of my house. Worked wonderfully and has great flavor. Will be buying again. Just know they have more of a liquid coating than pure crystallized sugar so better for baking than topping with

Time is money
I remember back in culinary school blanching and re blanching orange peels to make candied orange rind but this product that I found on Amazon is all ready to go and I have been using this item in my breads and sauces for quite a while with great results.......

Nice color and size but flavor is not the same as homemade!
I was hopeful this would work for our baking. The color looked good, the small cut up peel looked great but the flavor was lacking, plus shipping was very quick. The product is not something that we would like to use and sorry it cannot be refunded. Added note about the product. The label says the oranges are from Italy and Spain and product is from France.
