This brush is has a delicate brush to clean the tubing without damage. The metal components are heavy and could be unmanageable for weaker individuals. I recommend washing in a utility sink or bathtub/shower. Kitchen sink or bathroom sink is too small.

I used this for fist time last night. It can be a little hard to handle due to it being springy. I attached a brush (came with 4 different sizes) and draped it over my neck like a scarf. Then added soap and warm water to my cpap tubing and ran the brush through. After a few pulls and pushes and a good hot rinse, I am satisfied that this cleaned my tubing really good. I think after a few times, I will get the technique down without any hassle. All in all, I like the cleaning kit and recommend it.

To clean your CPAP hose this is convenient and easy, much needed and really easy to use.

This is good in theory but actually trying to use it, its just too cumbersome. Additionally, I don't know how people are drying the hose out but just letting it hang it still had water in it about 24 hours later. I get free replacement hoses as needed so for me at least, this isn't worth it.

This is a nice set to have with enough pieces to get to different areas of the hose or any other item you would like to clean.Only drawback would've been to add a small drawstring or box to keep it all together. I can see this lasting a long time. I plan to keep it stored in a plastic shoebox or something similar.
