Very effective
These sleep gummies knock me out! I sometimes struggle with sleep and was looking for a sleep supplement. Was recommended this by a friend and tried it. I must say it works really well. Just 1 gummy before bedtime and before you know it you are dozing off into the night. It has helped me get some much needed shuteye when I have needed it the most! Highly recommend to those who sometimes struggle falling asleep.

I struggle with sleep mostly due to my hectic lifestyle and constant overthinking about life. Got my sleep cycle regularised within a week
Insomnia one word for all problems. Erratic non timely working nature had really screwed my sleep schedule. To counter that I started taking one of the gummies every night and it has literally been putting me to sleep like a grandmother's lullaby. My sleep cycle is now regularised thus making me feel energetic and enthusiastic upon getting up. I highly recommend this product.
