Been getting into yoga this year and after about 3 months I thought I’d better buy my own mat for hygiene and quality. For the price, I really don’t think you could do better. It’s not thick, we do a lot of quick movements, balances and strength positions so I knew I didn’t want anything thick that would cause slipping or imbalance. It is however enough to give a little protection on the knees ect. The grippy material has definitely helped with my slippy hands in down dog in comparison to the old standard fitness mat I used (but I could also be improving myself also). Just give it a wipe down afterwards to get rid of sweaty marks. The alignment lines are great for getting my foot placement right when swapping positions. I love that there was a black version, less in your face and distracting. It can roll at the ends sometimes if left too tight but I think that’s the same with any mat so just leave it out for a bit before packing back up, The carrier isn’t great, I can’t imagine it lasting a long time but it isn’t what I bought the mat for.

This mat is possibly exactly what I needed, although I had thought it was too light. However I was wrong. It is lightweight but firm and more than enough support for knees. I have no need to fold the mat over for anything that could be heavy on the knee, which is great. Knees feel fine! The mat doesn't slip which will help when i start to do inversions, as it will make me feel more confident. I find the markings on the mat useful too. Great for positioning your hands and feet. I like it a lot!

This is a wonderful mat. Not slippy, comfortable to lie on and easy to carry. The markings on the mat are great for alignment pointers. Great product, great price and fast delivery. Thank you.

This is a fantastic, good quality mat. I have been using this mat for five months now and I love it. It doesn’t slip and isn’t too spongy, giving you a good grip. Unlike some of the cheap mats, it hasn’t stretched or become out of shape. I started as a beginner and I love how the markings help on the mat help with positioning and poses.

This mat is just what I was after, nice material and thickness as if it's too thick then can cause instability and too thin hard on the knee's etc - it's spot on and I really find the alignment lines useful after some pretty major neck surgery I'm a bit out of kilter do a handy guide to keep myself neutrally aligned. On top of all that it looks pretty cool too, nice design and handy carry cord.

Spent ages looking and opted for this one due to reviews. Mat is fine but can cause hands to slide in downward dog marks easily too. Otherwise is fine.

Use this mat for yoga. It has great non slip quality, it is a good size. As I learn yoga, I find the marking on the mat very helpful to align my feet and hands. Not too thick, so allows you to feel rooted, but still comfortable. Good mat for the price

Received this for Christmas and tried last week, not sticky at all

Initial impression of this yoga mat was that it is a sturdy, durable material. I have used it now for a couple of different styles of yoga classes (mostly restorative and power yoga) and I really do love it. The line design is unique (at least I had never seen it before) and helpful for both beginners or seasoned veterans. The thickness is perfect and provides just the right amount of cushion. All of my practices have been done with the yoga mat on a hardwood floor and my knees are not screaming in pain. The mat is just very aesthetically pleasing too. I know that might sound silly to some, but it is nice to have a mat that is both pretty to look at and is highly functional and of good quality. My only complaint is that during down-dog and power yoga classes the mat can get a bit slippery. It is not enough to deter me from using this mat though and I would still highly recommend it. Most likely, I will just have to purchase a yoga towel to help with this. Overall, this is a high quality mat at a very reasonable price.

This mat was great! I was skeptical when I was reading the product reviews but I was wrong. The mat is great and I love using it during my workout and yoga session. It was thick enough for me. Shipping was great too considering that I am overseas. I didn’t have to wait very long. I definitely recommend this product.
