It applies smoothly and evenly over the lid. It takes a few seconds to dry down and after this I find that it doesn’t smudge or transfer above my eye. As I have quite hooded eyelids this is a bonus as other products I have tried have smudged badly after a few hours. The colour is mild to medium intensity so suitable for more subtle looks. The only negative I have is towards the end of the day some of the glitter has transferred to my under eye area but this is easily fixed. Also the end of my stick crumbled off but I think I had wound it out too far so I will be more careful with it in future.
