First: I'm really NOT a fan of memory foam. That being said, these pillows are actually the most comfortable I've had, second only to my grandmother's goose down pillows (when I was little).I've had them just about a month, and they've held up well under regular use. They also reshape themselves, so (unlike my grandmother's pillows) there's no need to "fluff" them to get them to look full.I was tempted to remove one star for the packaging, but the more I thought about other options, the more I realised it was simply the way to package them so that they take up as little room as possible (beneficial when shipping by volume, and likely one factor that results in the relatively low price for this item). Though I should like some frustration-free packaging, I doubt highly it would hold up to the rigours of transportation.

My pillows are beyond firm !! I kept them thinking maybe they’d flatten out a bit… I was wrong, they’re so firm my chin hits my chest I can’t sleep on them what so ever, but they’re great for decoration pillows or for sitting up in bed.

These pillows are super comfy, I’d say medium firm, and they are very full. I have gotten lots of compliments about the nice quality of them so I’d recommend 👍🏻

this pillow set arrived totally squished flat and in a cardboard box even though i had requested that they be shipped in their original, clear plastic packaging only. a bit tedious but not a deal breaker as i absolutely love them. when i removed the pillows from the package, they puffed up right away considerably. they are firm enough to offer sufficient support but also soft enough to provide fluffy comfort. highly recommend!

The shredded foam used last year was really nice and soft and even firm to a point where your head is supported perfectly while you sleep. now the 2 extra pillows I received this weekend have completely different shredded foam which seems to be cheaper. Also when you unzip the pillow cover and get to the part where you can unzip the other cover where the foam is no longer is there. so they are using cheaper shredded foam and a cheaper cover to where the foam is and you can no longer unzip the second cover to see the foam. but I can easily tell that they are using different and cheaper foam which isn't true memory foam. their new blend is too fluffy and the pillows are floppy and too soft. the old ones i bought 1 year ago are heavy pillows that are true memory foam which your head molds into perfectly and are amazing. these new ones they are making aren't worth it. In one picture you can see the cover with different colored cheap foam and the other picture with the green and white thick premium quality shredded memory foam. The other pictures show how the old ones are thick and firm and moldable for you head and the other 2 are floppy because they use cheaper shredded foam. They need to use the shredded foam they used last year! it was really good! Now they are not true memory foam pillows anymore due to changing from premium shredded foam to cheap shredded foam.

Needed new king sized pillows for a while now. Saw these and read the reviews. Great buy. Sleeping on these for a week now. So comfortable and the left is nice for both back and side sleepers. Hoping they stay like this for a long time as previous purchases of other pillows flattened out quickly. Will update in a month or 2 to let you all know hopefully w it goes.July 24: update: best pillow I’ve ever had. No more head, neck aches. And sleeping better than ever. For me best pillow I’ve ever had.

These are so silky feeling and I always need 3 pillows to sleep, so I actually had to take away the other 2 pillows to use this one!! Only negative thing, that they smell like urine!!! I don't know what's in it to make it smell so bad, but once you spray it and cover with pillowcase, it's no longer noticeable. But these pillows are still luxuriously comfortable that I'd gladly put up with the smell

Very soft. I made two dreamy pillows out of one pillow. The original was too high, but stretched between two cases, these are perfect. No more neck pain. Soft on the face. I used zip laundry bags as new casings and toss the whole thing in the laundry to keep clean.

I got the standard size two months ago for my couch. And as I often wind up sleeping here I’m extremely pleased by the comfort they give. You can’t go wrong for the price.
