Really does enhance the flavour of the meat. I used it to make a coconut chicken curry and it was heavenly. You need to use quite a few teaspoons for a dish of four. Having said that I used 4 teaspoons full as oppose to 7 which was suggested but 7 was not needed 4 was just right.
