Second, I do not notice any aftertaste. Third, compared to other brands I have tried the gelcap seems to be absorbed more quickly in my system. But I know that absorption varies from person to person. I feel that it a good quality product and I make sure that I do not run out. I always try to buy it when I see that it is on sale on desertcart. As with any natural supplement it can several weeks to several months, taking the product daily, to notice the benefits.
