Very well made easy to use help my elbow support with giving the right confort

Recently, my elbow was accidentally twisted in an accident, initially I tried using a pain relief cream to treat my arm, but it had a strong odor. I noticed there was no noticeable change in my elbow and the unpleasant odor persisted, so I had to give up on this method. On a friend's recommendation, I purchased this elbow ice pack, and it was a lifesaver. The material of the inner pocket feels comfortable to the touch, and I can choose between hot/cold therapy according to my needs. Before use, I need to put the ice pack in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, and it can maintain a low temperature for several hours. One thing worth mentioning is that the gel ice pack comes with a plastic bag that can isolate it from other foods in the refrigerator. The elbow brace can be fixed with Velcro, unlike other braces that require me to choose the size of the brace based on my arm. This is flexible as I cannot estimate how much elbow brace my arm needs. After all, the elbow brace needs to leave enough space for the ice pack, and I dislike having to exchange them back and forth. After a few days of use, my arm has healed. Thank you!

Works but when you trying tighten it down the plastic buckle twists and doesn't stay in place and you have to loosen it back up and start again. If they redesigned it with the buckles in place I'd definitely move it up to 5*

Felt really comfortable and able to adjust to fit well. Wonderful product that helped ease my pain. Unfortunately, after about 3 weeks, the velcro style fasteners stopped working in spots and I had to rotate them around to different areas to work. After 5 weeks, it would no longer hold at all and was completely unusable.

This elbow brace is very well made and comfortable. I pinched my ulna nerve and needed to stabilize my elbow to prevent it from bending again and again. I was a little worried because I knew I would need to be able to put this brace on one handed but that wasn’t even a problem. The multiple Velcro straps made it really easy to slip my arm through the hole and then tighten the main straps and then tighten the two in the middle for a snug fit. There is a pocket for an ice or heat pack which is really convenient if you have inflammation. Excellent material, very sturdy, and doesn’t pinch in weird spots. I would highly recommend this product.

When I received the product, I couldn't wait to try it on. There was a smell of some chemical industrial odor when I first opened it, but the product was fine. I put it in a well-ventilated area for a few days before using it. The elbow sleeve can be adjusted to a comfortable looseness according to the size of my arm, which provides more customized compression. I prefer this since I don’t have to deal with the hassle of exchanging or returning products with Amazon due to size issues. While exercising, the elbow sleeve provides great support. My elbow is not as tired as before. Since I have tennis elbow, I also frequently use it with the ice pack. It really helps with pain relief and tendonitis. When I use it with the ice pack, the elbow sleeve holds well allowing the ice pack to stay on my elbow and not slip or move.

Update!! no improvement after trying to make adjustments..... I've used this for 2-3 days now and it works decent during the day. But my issue with this is during sleep. I've had issues with cubital tunnel syndrome so i purchased this to relieve the stress on my ulnar nerve that was causing my hand to slightly swell and to relieve pain and tingling on my pinky, ring finger. The first nite it caused the pain and swelling to increase a little but i thought it might just take time to simmer down the nerve. However the second nite i woke up in the middle of the nite with arm and hand tingling, i tried loosening the straps but that didn't do anyting. i finally just took the brace off and right when i did i felt a rush of blood circulating through my arm. The pain and swelling started to ease. Look for a different brace if your main goal is to use it through the nite while sleeping!!
