While the glow-in-the-dark could be brighter, these are exactly what I ordered and they do glow when presented with enough light first. They now grace two trauma kits we have prepped.

The glow in the dark is nice to have to help locating emergency supplies. Seems well made, I will have to update to see how long they last outdoors.
