Die Feineinstellung des Mahlwerks lässt keine Wünsche offen (aber lieferbar ist wohl auch eine noch feinere Einstellungsoption). So lässt sich der Mahlgrad auf die Bedürnisse des eigenen Siebträgers - und offenbar auch auf die Bedürnisse anderer Zubereitungsformen - abstimmen und ermöglicht es, das Beste aus der eigenen Espressomaschine herauszuholen. Die Haptik ist nahezu allen vergleichbaren Angeboten überlegen. Und weil es eine Handmühle ist, stimmt auch der energetische Fußabdruck - ich mag Sachen, die unnötigerweise auf einen Stecker verzichten. Eine Portion Espresso ist mit vertretbarem Kraftaufwand in gut einer Minute gemahlen, und es breitet sich neben einem wohlklingend-exakten Mahlgeräusch ein betörender Kaffeeduft im Raum aus.
