Proved unreliable, kept dropping out and needed to be reset every few days. Initially put it down to inconsistent broadband signal but provider monitored it over several weeks and said It was a reasonable strength. Changed the router to another make and have not had any further problems. I contacted Netgear, who told me to plug the router back in to test it again. Having finally solved the problem I had no intention of upsetting everything. They refused to give a refund. I won't buy Netgear again.

Pleased with my purchase.
I've been using this product for quite a while and haven't experienced any issues. When I bought the product about 5 months ago Netgear were releasing new firmware packages quite often improving the performance every time.I have Sky Broadband (ADSL) which did means I had to extract the PPPoA username & password, after that was complete it took me about 5 minutes to use the web interface to configure the router/modem, most of it was done automatically using a feature called NETGEAR Genie. When you have finished the install from the Quick Start Guide you are ready to start using the unit.As for the WiFi capabilities it supports 802.11 ac meaning I can connect my fasted devices to the device. The WiFi range covered most of my house, however I did have a dead spot in a small area.Overall I would recommend this product to anyone using a ADSL connection, its definitely an improvement compared to my old Sky router which doesn't even support 802.11ac which means this router is a lot fast. :)
