Great adjustment.
This is a great hula hoop, only problem I have is the weight tends to stick a little in one place but that may be due to me not doing it quick enough to keep it going at a steady pace.

Once you develop the knack it's brilliant - I watched a You Tube clip for advice on fit and technique, I find it helps to have ear pods in and some music to help keep rhythm
