Base wood was not Teak dissappointed

the product was not as per expectation and had requested for return,
the item was set for return on 10th Sep, as it was not as per the expectation since the elderly parents were not comfortable using the rocking chair and the footrest was uneven and not positioning properly.i have sent the images and couple of calls to the suppliers to take back the item, no response on picking it.but in the return delivery status it has been mentioned house was locked , which was a lie..never expected this kind of service in amazon product..please arrange to pick the item and initiate the payment reversal..
