Much better than the basic lunchbox
Ive had this for about 4 months, putting it through the wringer, and its held up very well. Enough room for all my food and snacks on a 13 hour shift. Pockets are great size for all my extra stuff. Looming forward to using it this summer for the outdoors.

Wearing out, Very poor customer service
I have had this for a year and a half. I bought this to use as my work lunch box. The numerous storage pockets was a selling point for me. Nice that the interior liner is removable for cleaning. Exterior is durable, no issues with that. The problem i have is both side pockets mesh is tearing apart. One side I cannot use and the other is nearly there. Also the front right corner of main compartment zipper has separated from main outer canvas. I cant take zippers past the area. While a year and a half seems durable, I expected a little longer. Says it has a lifetime warranty. Now here is why im mad and giving a 1 star review. I have tried 3 different ways to contact seller/maker with no satisfaction at all. I found a phone number on FB for bigfoot outdoor and it was the seller company on here that answered. But they basically act a middleman. I told them my issue and they acted like they didn’t even recognize the company name that makes this. Was told they would let bigfoot outdoor know my issue, gave my number for them to contact me. Nothing from anywhere I tried. Been over 3 weeks. The bag will eventually get to point of unusable, at which point ill have to buy something different. Not buying anything bigfoot outdoor makes.

Holds up better than I expected.
I was a little on the fence about ordering the box I had seen a ton of reviews complaining about stitching ripping and zippers ripping off. I've had mine a few months now and I load it down heavy, I mainly use it for drinks so I'll fill it with a Powerade of something and ice packs so its pretty heavy. I haven't had any issues with durability I like the snack area on top and the storage in the front. The drink holders are pretty stupid and useless on the side drinks often fall out but they do work great to throw some pain reliever and a small first aid kit in and zip them up so you always have a little of this and that. All and all I would definitely suggest this box to any one and I like that it's made here in the good old USA.

Great for work!
Just got the Bigfoot cooler bag a few days ago. I was looking for something to take lunch to work with. This seems great. Plenty of room for your lunch, snacks, and drinks you bring to work. Plenty of extra pockets for silverware and accessories. I think it seems like a great bring to work bag.

Wore out quickly.
After about 3 months of use, the shoulder strap tore out of it.I ordered this lunch box because my boyfriend had the same lunch box for 1 year before it started falling apart. The only difference between the two was the brand name, other than that they were identical. So I thought I would order another thinking it would last at least as long, I was wrong. My boyfriend works long shifts in a hot warehouse, so he needs to be able to bring enough food and water to make it through 8-12 hour shifts. This lunch box has a decent amount of space compared to most.

Poor fabric and zipper durability
I liked the size of this cooler. I am able to hold a lot. I work 12 to 16 hour shifts so I like having a myriad of snack choices to get me through the day. My disappointment with the product is that 3 days of use and the fabric began to travel on one pocket. At the time I liked the product enough to let it slide. Then within a month several areas are unraveling and it looks pretty shoddy. For the price I expected better durability. I wonder how I can return ???????

Made with poor quality
I liked the option of having more than one pocket to put things. The front pocket should be larger, as same amount thickness on the bottom as the top, so items don’t push into the lunch box area. The cooler keeps items cold with ice packs very well, lasting all day. With that said, it’s does not live up to its description of being touch and built to last. They should change the name to rookie instead of journeyman as the name applies. This bag started falling apart the 3rd week I used it. It’s now ripped all the way across the front. This bag now sells for half the price I paid for it. It’s a ripoff, don’t buy it, if you expect this cooler to live up to the advertised name, tough, Built to last BS.
