Very high quality material (although it does have a slight chemical smell, does not smell like leather at all), stitching is nice. Elastic bands in the back seem a bit flimsy but those are pretty easy to replace if they go bad and not really an issue at this price point IMOOnly thing I would note is that the sizing runs VERY small. I wear a size medium t-shirt and the X-large apron fits me like it was tailored. I think the "large" is like a children's size

Been using this for weekend work, doing MIG while seated or standing at a table. No more holes and hot BB's through my pant legs. Would definitely recommend. Only drawback is the leather was still damp and stinky when it arrived, so I had to let it air out for a week or two but all is good now.The elastic straps and velcro are holding up so far, but if you wanted to used this all day every day, I suspect you'd wear out the elastic or the plastic clips and have to come up with a plan B. I also like the high collar and good coverage for the back of the neck.The sleves are snug if you wear thicker sweaters or jackets underneath, but a hoodie and a thin cotton FR jacket is fine. Plus there's no lining in the sleeves, so the leather has a lot of friction when sliding your arms in and out if you're wearing a rough jacket and it can be a pain to put on and off.Size-wise, I'm 6'1 and 230 lbs, the XL is an OK fit but it probably would be a little snug for someone who's heavier or more round in shape.

Sized well! 5'11" 210lbs, the XL fits like a jacket, just as expected with plenty of room at the sleeve ends and for layers underneath. The elastic straps are well placed and work well to keep the garment in a comfortable position. The buckles allow quick on/off and is much appreciated. The star of the show are the arms! The rear of the arms cover the entire shoulder blade, allowing ample movement before the elastic straps engage. It feels like a full garment until you feel the straps gently holding the shoulder blade flaps together. Aside from a couple of blemishes in the leather, which is overall great quality for the task, I love this protective gear.
