It's an okay headset, but doesn't meet my work needs
I work from home using the Avaya software for phone calls. The headset I used that my company provided me was starting to have issues, and it almost takes an act of congress to get my company to send any new equipment to me on a timely basis. So I needed to get a new headset, at least until my company would send me a new one. This one just wasn't compatible. My old headset had USB jacks, this one doesn't. So I tried plugging it into the phone jack but that didn't work either. I'm sure this will work just fine as a landline headset. Its lightweight and easily adjustable, and comfortable to wear. It just doesn't suit my requirements for work.
