I am way late to the easy way of chopping things. Here I am 57 years old, slicing potatoes by hand trying to get them even. Sure, it took about 20 minutes to slice them by hand but I didn't have one of these gadgets. Now, it takes me about 2 minutes. Blades are sharp and of good quality. Fast, easy, and I'm actually looking for other things to slice and chop up. Food, of course. :-)

This is a follow up for Fullstar products which use a loose food collection tray which can easily fall out and shatter. Excepting the problem of the tray shattering with currently no way to purchase a replacement tray from the distributer, the All-in-One Fullstar is a durable, useful product. A very low cost Simple Fix would be for the manufacture to include a durable Rubber Band to hold the tray in place and to make them available for future purchasers and for those of us who have already purchased one of their products with loose collection trays. If this does happen, it will likely not be soon or possibly ever. If any of you current users have by chance found a rubber band of the right length please let the rest of us know the source. For my part, if I find a source, I will add it to this Amazon review. Thanks! WD The All-In-One is with one exception a very well designed, useful, precision food preparation tool. The exception is the food collection tray. Rather then constructed out of the tuff plastic used for the other parts, the collection tray is of thin plastic construction which easily shatters if dropped on a hard surface. This is of additional concern in that the tray is not secured when in place in the chopper housing as required for all but one of the six processes. This would be a relatively low cost replacement, but when I tried to locate a replacement collection tray, I found that to the best of my knowledge there are NO replacement parts available for any of the Fullstar All-in One products which are available within the US. And you will not find any serial numbers for any of the many parts listed in the included manual. It is fortunate that all other parts are very well constructed and unlikely to fail in many years of use. To prevent loss of my food collection tray from my second Fullstar, All-in-One, I have scotch taped the tray in place with one edge of the tape folded back so that I can remove the tape to empty the tray when full. I'm a disabled person who can't stand for long periods to do food prep. Prepping my favorite foods like chow mein & spring rolls was just killing me. I wasn't eating the healthier foods because I just didn't have the "spoons" to do the food prep. I first bought a mandoline to shred the cabbage, but the resulting shreds were so thin that I was back to square one. I bought this & it came a couple of days ago. I tried it today & got an entire gallon freezer bag of cabbage in 5-7 mins & that included putting together the parts I wanted to use & doing it for the first time. It'll be so much faster on subsequent times, probably 3 mins for a whole head of cabbage. There's a lot of waste, but I saved some choice stuff for my dog who loves cabbage & some for the deer & critters outside. If *someone* is eating it, it's not really a waste in my book :D I also shredded a whole big brick of cheese in about 5 mins as well. That was actually my first experiment. Again, there's a lot of waste & my hand crank cheese grater is actually faster for cheese than this thing with basically no waste, so I'll continue using that for cheese. It's made julienning carrots so much faster as well, which was the 2nd miracle I was hoping for & wasn't disappointed. I hesitated spending $40 for this thing, so it took me a few months of being on the fence before I finally bought it, but it's well worth the money. I feel like with this use it already paid for itself just because it saved me so much pain & time. And I got more out of it than I would have if I spent longer doing it by hand. So, if you're like me at all & pain is keeping you from healthy food prep -- JUST BUY IT. Do this nice thing for yourself because it'll pay off in so many ways. Just be extremely careful with these sharp, sharp blades. I didn't have a single mishap. Others have said there should be a lid on the blade holder box, but it really isn't needed because you can store the sharp part down, so the part you grab to get it out of there isn't sharp. That's what I did & it seems that's exactly what was intended. Treat it like the dishwasher & load the sharp bits pointing DOWN. Anyway, totally worth the money & I give it 5 stars. When I wear this out, I'll absolutely buy it again. I wish I hadn't waited so long.

I love this thing. Had one already and needed to replace due to user error. found exact same one and purchased. The drawer that catches all the cuttings is wonderful, one can prepare a meal for guest with so much more ease.

Well… I read all the reviews - even those saying that people cut themselves on the sharp blades. I thought… “Note to self… I’ll be very careful. I won’t cut myself.” Well, I took it out of the packaging and upon my FIRST attempt to use it, I sliced 3 fingers in multiple places. They bled for hours… every time I took the towel that I used to put pressure on it, my fingers would bleed again. Not worthy of a hospital visit. It worked itself out with constant pressure - just took longer than anticipated. A few days of bandaids all over the tops of my fingers and I’m all good 😊 Is it just me… When you reach into a bowl of diced veggies mix it up… don’t you naturally reach into the bowl from the top (above)? That said, I automatically went to reach in (top was open) to see how the diced veggies came out. BIG MISTAKE. I essentially hit my finger tips into the blades on the small dicer and immediately cut myself. That’s all it took! So… when you want to check out the finely diced veggies… REMEMBER to slide the drawer open first, then reach in there - not over the blades 😊 Aside from that, as a lover of tabouleh salad and huge salads with a variety of diced veggies, this is a great purchase. Making my famous salsa and tabouleh salad was a pain because I hated the prep work it took to finely cut all the veggies. With minimal prep, this gadget is AMAZING m, makes dicing a breeze, and it’s easy to clean. I still have to try the other blades but so far so good. I’m curious how long the blades will stay as sharp as they are initially - warranty with normal use. With weekly use, 2-3 times a week, I hope they last at least a year. Great buy though! Almost $45 seemed pricey for a small kitchen gadget, but worth it.

The design is great, saves ample time for AirFryer food prep. I use it for vegetable prep (Poke, Chopped Airfryer Potatoes, etc...) Quality is great but you have to be careful with the lock and the plastic, if you don't hit it correctly, some parts can become nimble and start breaking. Great Idea, I love mine.

Ich habe das Gerät mit Edelstahl gewählt. Ich bin hochzufrieden mit diesem Gerät und bereits für die gesamte Woche Gemüse vor geschnitten. Man findet ziemlich schnell raus, wie es am besten funktioniert mit verschiedenen Festlichkeiten. Um ein Beispiel anzugeben: ich habe zwölf Zwiebeln, geschält und geviertelt und dann in die Maschine gegeben. In 5-7 Minuten hatte ich diese zwölf Zwiebeln, gewürfelt. Das ist eine solche Zeitersparnis. Ich gebe mit guten Gewissen fünf Sterne und empfehle dieses Gerät gerne weiter. Wer viel und oft Gemüse isst und auch vor kocht, ist mit diesem Gerät bestens bedient. Beste Grüße, Jess

This product came with no proper safety warning, the instructions were poor, and the video link did not work. It was my first time using a mandolin and I sliced two fingers while using it. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I had to attend the emergency clinic for two days to have dressings applied to stop the bleeding.

Perfekt hjälpmedel när man som jag har problem att använda kniv längre stunder vid matlagning. Sparar mycket tid I köket när det ska skäras.

This chopper makes life so easy!! Great addition to the kitchen. Easy to clean and stays sharp over time! Great quality.
