Q: I recently purchased this for my in greenhouse tank pond. The magnets are seizing up and we have to manually reset. This has happened 3 times why?

the only time mine has stopped is when it is near the end of its life. some have lasted years. this is a plastic pump.

Q: Is the plug end of the cable a usb or 2 prung?

The end of the 80 GPH submersible water pump is 2 plug.

Q: can this 800 gpm pump run 1/4" in and 1/4" out without damaging the pump if i get the correct fittings?

That seems very narrow for the flow rate. I would email the manufacturer about it. For aquatic use i would be concerned about algea or biofilms.

Q: Stopped working after like 3 months why would this happen?

my guess would be something blocked the impeller and siezed the motor. happened to my first one when a string fell into it and bound up the blades
