Custom Molded Mouthpiece - Night Mouth Guard for Improved Rest- Designed by Luminessa Sleep

This is my 2nd snore mouthpiece to buy. The 1st one was big and uncomfortable. It would sometimes keep me awake or wake me up at night. This one is so comfortable, I forget I have it in. I do wish the instructions were written out instead of having to watch a video. I had to watch it and write the instructions down. But, the instructions were easy to follow.

This product came with no instructions. So in trying to read the instructions for similar products online this product became unusable. And it cannot be returned. So it's a complete waste of money. I can't even find where to get a refund.

Having used many mouth guards for grinding (bruxism) I understand what is typical for that use. I have also been exploring oral devices / appliances for snoring. To actually help with snoring, the appliance needs to protrude the lower jaw in some fashion. Most of these from Amazon are quite bulky and firm, as they need to be to actually hold the lower jaw forward. Some are adjustable to allow for more, or less movement of the jaw. This ability also adds bulk to those devices.So that brings us to this device. The entire mouth guard is the typical soft, yet firm silicone material common to most mouth guards. No plastic parts. Thus it is softer for a snoring device. It is also much Less bulky compared to the average snoring appliance. (the custom ones from your dentist or oral surgeon are also less bulky. But they are waaay more $). This device does not actually push your lower jaw forward (thus will not help with snoring) UNLESS, you jut your jaw forward while forming the mold during that initial shaping process. But if you've never done that before you wouldn't know it how far forward to do it. So, you need to either get another product to experiment and find out, or you can remold this one (you can heat it and remold it) to find what works for you. This product is more comfortable that other oral snoring devices since it is less bulky and is completely silicone.So, this is a good product, *If* you know what you are getting. If you already know how far forward you need to have you lower jaw to prevent snoring, And you can do that yourself during the shaping process, then this actually quite a Good product to manage snoring as it is more comfortable. If you just need something for grinding, then you should look elsewhere for a smaller mouth guard that molds only to the top teeth.Good luck!

Junk. It Cut the roof of my mouth at the upper tooth line and back in less than an hour. Hard plastic, not soft at all. Just don't.

Not enough Air flow around and through the device

Easy instructions to follow mold. So fat it fits comfortably and is soft and not hard on your gums. I like that it hilds both upper and lower teeth. Will find out if it definitely stops the snoring process. At least I know it will keep my mouth and throat from drying since it keeps the mouth shut.

Evidently there was suppose to be a white spacer to keep breathing spaces open while molding. That was not in the box. So now if I where the mouth piece I have to breath only through my nose . Not always my option. I can’t wear this without the spaces to breathe. I can’t return so it is a waste of my money. Please replace if possible.

Both my doctor and chiropractor recommended I get a mouthguard due to teeth clenching that was leading to headaches. Honestly, I was not thrilled but figured I would try. It is easy enough to follow the directions to form it but you will need an appropriate water thermometer to reach the 155 to 160 degree window to form it. My jaw was a little sore after the first morning, but I am amazed that after that, not only did it help with the grinding, it also prevented my mouth from dropping open...so no snoring either. Definitely recommend this product.
