Q: Is it possible to buy repacement parts for the aluminum rack? I backed it into a post and need new front and rear rails.

Q: how is the steel support arm (black that fits into the receiver) mated to the aluminum portion of the rack (the rack)? can't tell from the photos.

The steel support arm is bolted to the aluminum cargo carrier with 4 bolts.

Q: Can it folded when not in Use or when parked in tight parking spots
