I love Bumble and bumble products, and this is another one of my favorites! I use it before blow drying to help protect my hair from the heat, which is especially important to me because my hair is fine. It also helps cut down on drying time and doesn’t leave my hair feeling heavy.

Context: I have dry and naturally curly hair. If I washed it every day I’d look like the mad professor in some horror movie. Since that is the case, it gets tamed with a lot of sprayed water and heat styling. I had seen the B&B products at the salon where I get haircuts and had been curious as to whether they were good enough to earn their jaw dropping price. Not curious enough to buy it, of course. One time while I was cruising Amazon, I noticed that someone was selling little travel bottles of the heat styling product. I was curious enough to pay that. The verdict: yeah, they are that good. My hair smells great, is softer, and well behaved. Honestly, I’m a little sorry I bought this, because I really can’t afford to start buying the full-size product. But as my headline says, this is one time I can see that a product is worth it’s crazy cost.

I was trying to find a better heat protectant as well as help with some damage from heat (curling wand), and I read a lot about heat protectants, moisture additions, and protein treatment. I was trying several things and saw that this consistently had good reviews, and as soon as I started using this I wasn't having a problem anymore. A little goes a LONG way--I initially only got the little test size to make sure I was going to use it, since I was also trying other things. I'm still using it! I find it a little easier to spray it on my hands and then put it on my hair so that I don't get too much in one place on my hair, but I think that could depend on how thick your hair is (my is fine and thin), etc. So be willing to experiment. My hair looks healthy again, feels great, and looks very good. This is the only heat protectant I'll be using from now on. Too many of the other have alcohol and while they protect some, the alcohol dries out the hair.

I originally thought I could put on wet hair, but it is for dry hair. A little goes a long way because it'll make your hair sticky even after styling if you put even slightly too much. I don't love the smell either, but overall it is fine.

I was looking for a heat protection spray for my hair and this was mentioned. It is a bit pricey for the size but it smells SO darn good. I use it on my hair after I wash it and I also spray a little on the ends when it’s dry. It makes my hair really soft and makes it feel less brittle. I wash my hair once a week so after a few days I noticed my ends felt dry and brittle again so I do spray a little more on the ends and they do feel soft again. I gave it 4 stars because of the price verses the size and because I’m not convinced that it really helps with breakage. I will continue to use it but I probably won’t buy it again. Update: been using for a while now and my ends seems to be even dryer and snapping off. Is that even possible? Some people do not need more protein as it encourages more breakage. I’m not sure what this product has in it. It smells good but again my hair feels more dry if anything. Hard to rule out if it’s from this spray but I’ve changed nothing else in my routine.

Not greasy and is a nice addition to hair care routine. Great for heat sheilding

I'm glad that I went back to this product from Bumble & Bumble which protects your hair when wet before drying, just spray it on it's a pleasant fragrance and most importantly is not sticky like some other hair protectors After drying my hair is shiney, soft and without frizzy bits and you can be sure your hair will stay in condition . It's a bit pricey but well worth the money. Would definitely recommend as a hair protector when drying use on wet or dry hair.
