Worth more than its cost!
I decided to try this neti pot before investing $100+ in Navage, and it works perfectly for nasal irrigation.Pros:1. The button at the bottom provides a controlled and effective water flow.2. Comes with 60 salt sachets for convenience.3. Upside-down ergonomic design makes it practical and easy to use.4. Easy to clean.5. Includes a temperature indicator sticker.6. Comes with two nozzle attachments.Cons:1. The bottle size might feel small for some users, requiring refills to clear both nostrils.Tips for Use:1. Always use salted water for irrigation. Plain tap water may cause discomfort as it can travel to the head instead of clearing the nostrils.2. If you’re new to nasal irrigation, breathe through your mouth before starting, tilt your head sideways at a 45 deg angle, and slightly forward.3. After use, forcefully exhale through your nose a few times to expel remaining water.4. Occasionally, you may moisturize your nasal passages with ghee, sesame oil, coconut oil, or other oils like anu taila or nasya oil to prevent dryness, though this isn’t needed daily. This can also help with sinus or allergy relief.Overall, this neti pot is an excellent choice for effective nasal cleaning!

even better than a traditional neti pot!
Way better than a traditional neti pot! I found myself needing a little more “oomph” when it came to a super congested nose. The gravity factor along on the neti just wasn’t cutting it. Enter - this nifty thing. It comes with a temp sticker to make sure you know the ideal temperature of the water for a comfortable rinse, and the squeeze bottle design gives you the ability to add a little extra water pressure when flushing out your sinuses. This was a great tool when I was sick with a sinus infection - I got so much gunk out and my nasal passages felt so soothed afterwards. I am also very happy with the thickness and durability of the plastic. The place where you’re supposed to squeeze the bottle is a little funky, but the rest of the parts and bottle are solid.

Not bad for beginners.
It works well, I was a bit intimidated at first, but I felt better after.

Easy to use and convenient
Very easy to use. The button on top helps control the flow of saline water. The temperature sticker is useful in adjusting the right temperature.

Very handy and useful
Really like this style. Had another that you squeezed the bottle and then sometimes the water flowed back into the bottle & became moldy. This one you rinse out the nose but nothing flows back into the bottle with the ingenious bottom button so no mold. I don’t use the whole bottle of solution at one time. I get 2 or 3 uses from one envelope of saline rinse & water.
