Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Talc-Free Setting Powder Ultra-Blur

I purchased this travel-sized mini 1.44-ounce Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder in Ultra-Blur Tone-Up Rose, and I am obsessed! I appreciate that this powder is finely milled, works great on aging skin, and doesn't settle into fine lines or wrinkles. It has a barely-there pigment that doesn't change the color of your makeup but rather adds a nice, soft, peachy glow. The blurring effect is definitely there, and it does last all day without touching up, but I have dry skin. Oily skin may need an occasional touch-up. Like most Laura Mercier products, this setting powder contains mica and gives a lovely brightening effect. A little bit goes a very long way. To be honest, I always purchase the travel-sized products when they are available because they last a long time, and this practice helps keep my supply fresh. This product does not come with a puff, but I was able to find some small puffs made by a different brand, and one of those fits nicely into the container for traveling. I recommend using a puff to press this setting powder into your makeup to give it more staying power, to avoid wasting product, and to avoid inhaling the fine particulates of the setting powder. I truly believe that this is one of the best loose setting powders on the market, and I don't mind paying a higher price for a superior product. I highly recommend this setting powder. It's the best I've ever used.

I have finally found a translucent powder that I really love. It gives a nice, finished look and you don’t wind up with an orangey cast to your makeup by the end of the day. The smaller container is great for travel but the larger on is a better value. A little pricey but worth it.

I love this formula (Ultra Blur - Rose). It blurs, it mattifies, BUT keeps a healthy natural glow on your skin. The obsession some people have to make their skin glow or dewy actually translates to making your skin look oily and greasy. This setting powder does the job right. I even use it by itself sometimes because it makes my skin look that good. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come in a vat. I would like to purchase enough to ensure my great-grandchildren never have to experience life without it. Seriously, please never discontinue this. I will be devastated and forced to begin a frantic internet search for remaining supply like it’s a discontinued medication.

I love this setting powder. Having said that I don’t use very much at all, a little goes a long way on mature skin. I dewey natural makeup and this sets it without leaving my face sticky. Translucent and light, so no color match issues for me.

Perfection. Did not feel like I had a cake on my face. I’m 50 so mature skins doesn’t always love powder. This one does the job.

I’m very happy with this product. I bought a foundation that needed powder to set. I’ve never worn powder before, and I don’t tend to wear a lot of makeup. This is light and wears well.

ممتاز، استخدام مع اسفنجة رطبة، طبقيه على الاسفنجة طبطبيه على يدك اول و طبطبي بشكل خفيف المناطق الدهنية، طبقة خفيفة جدا لان يمتص الدهون فممكن بترك خطوط مثلا تخت العين لكن طبقة جدا خفيفة مناسبة انه ما يترك دهن تحت العين مثلا.
