ELITE Fly Tex Water Bottle

For my requirements, this is the best sports/ hiking bottle I’ve found so far. So many manufacturers now fit tops that require you to open them with your teeth, that are impossible to pull open with your fingers, which I don’t like at all. This bottle has a pull top, whcih is really smooth and only requires gentle pressure to open and close, yet closes securely. No leaks at all, and the bottle is made of a soft but sturdy plastic that means virttually no pressure needs to be applied to squeeze. You really wouldn’t have thought it would be difficult to find a bottle with a ‘soft hand pull’ top, but it took a lot of searching to find this treasure. I shall be ordering a few more.

Great water bottle - bought it to fit in the thigh pocket of my racing shirt for yacht racing - has been looking for a good bottle like this that is soft yet durable and this one is perfect and takes a pounding when in your pocket but does not leak

Used for a few months now. The bottles are fine and they fit my Elite bottle cage well. No issues holding them or pulling out of the cage, or undoing the bottle top whilst riding. The walls are quite thin though and they have started to crease (hopefully you can see on the second photo). Still feel rigid, albeit you get what you pay for. I would still buy again.

The Elite Fly is so light I had to check if I’d actually filled it or if my post-ride delirium was playing tricks on me. Spoiler: it was full — it just defies the laws of physics (or at least the laws of “heavy old bidons”). Where this bottle truly shines is during those glorious moments of existential crisis halfway up a climb, when your legs are staging a mutiny and your brain is trying to recall why you thought cycling was a good hobby. Reaching for the Elite Fly in that state is pure bliss: it’s easy to grab, requires barely any effort to squeeze, and delivers a powerful stream of hydration like it knows what you’ve been through. It’s like it’s on your side. Honestly, it’s so efficient it makes other bottles feel like clunky medieval flasks by comparison. No leaks, no faff, no need to summon Thor’s strength just to get a sip. If bottles could win Strava segments, this one would already have KOM. Buy it. Your future, dehydrated self will thank you.

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einer flexibel einsetzbaren Fahrradflasche, die auch in Wettkämpfen einsetzbar ist. Diese Flasche ist extrem leicht, hat nur vor dem ersten Auswaschen einen leichten Geruch, der dann aber völlig verflogen ist. Durch die Öffnung perfekt zu reinigen, sehr dicht und auch der Trinkschluss ist perfekt, auch in Wettkämpfen. Das Material ist ungewöhnlich dünn, was im Gebrauch überraschend viele Vorteile hat. Die Oberfläche ist leicht rau, dadurch gut griffig und das schwarze Design mit dem roten Logo ist top. Geeignet für Freizeit und ambitionierte Wettkämpfe. Ich besitze zwischenzeitlich 5 dieser Flaschen in verschiedenen Farben und Größen. Unglaublich gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
