Effective Supplement - Highly Recommend
Its difficult to review vitamins, because the effects take a good amount of time and are not always definitive because you take other things for whatever your ailment is. However, for Vitamin D supplement I can say that I consistently tested low on Vitamin D for years. A couple of times so low my doctor prescribed a strong D supplement. Since I have have been taking the Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D3 & K2, my annual blood work 2 years in a row has my D levels right in the middle of the healthy range. That said I would definitely recommend them.

Quality product. Great Reviews.
I haven't been taking this D3 vitamin long enough to know its true efficiency (labs tests will confirm), but was convinced to purchase due to reviews and ingredient quality. No side effects whatsoever so far, and I've been taking it daily. Will update once lab tests confirm whether our Vitamin D levels are optimized or not.
