It's sturdy and functional
There are two things that aren't really a complaint. I saw in the other reviews that there wasn't a hole drilled in the exact center of the top rail. While this is true, what I have done is use a small C-Clamp instead of the bolt and wing nut provided. I just clamped from the top of the hanger to the bottom of the top rail. It doesn't take much tightening to hold the hanger securely. Two things here, the clamp allows me to put the camera hanger in any position on the top rail, easily and quickly. The second, having to remove the wing nut, pull the bolt and reposition the hanger and reinstall the bolt and nut is tedious and time consuming. The other issue is the hanger for the camera. Because of the foam gripping pad, the weight of the camera and lens, caused the camera to tilt and not point straight up and down. It is only a slight tilt and nothing that can't be compensated for. It is quit sturdy and does not move or jiggle as long as the clamps are tightened on the side legs where the height is adjusted. I am happy with my purchase and plan on a lot of use for this. The two observations that I have mentioned here are miniscule and I am giving it 5 stars. I would recommend this.

Sturdy Overhead Camera Mount with options to add a backdrop
This Neewer Overhead Camera Mount Rig is exactly what I was looking and offers solid value for the price. If you are looking for something that breaks down quickly when not in use, this may not be the ideal choice for you if you are tight on space. In the case that you don’t need to break it down often or you have a dedicated space, you will like it. Just to be clear, if it needs to be disassembled, it won't be hard. When it is assembled, it is sturdy, but not too heavy. So far it has easily handled small to large mirrorless cameras with small prime to heavy telephoto lenses without buckling. I have left a camera rig attached overnight before recording and it held up just fine. In the box you receive the crossbar(the top), the rods (or legs), clips for a potential backdrop, frames (for a backdrop), and the needed screws that go the frames and the main mounting portion for your camera. Installation was easy and adjustments can be made without much fuss. Overall I like the build quality and consistency from Neewer products.

Better than a copy stand
This works for the photography sessions we use it for. As far as functionality, the only concern is how wonky (unstable) it is to go from one level to another, it is jerky, especially if your lowering or raising this up by yourself. We plan on taking photos of one type of merchandise and then making adjustments when needed. The mounting hardware is sturdier than the other copy stand I have which is a plus. It is a better solution than most since it appears to be well built and reasonably priced. Size wise, we have the stand on a 8 foot folding table and it takes up about half of that both width and length. It would have been great to have a second screw in the other half of the camera mounting area to allow for mounting of an additional camera, light or other item. Its not lightweight but it is not heavy either.

Top Down Filming made easy
It's very sturdy and assembled quickly. Overhead lighting with magnets stick to it. I can rest my cellphone on top of it and film easily. I can also use the attached piece when I want to use my Canon Rebel. Of all the stands I have purchased, this one is really great for top down filming. It also does double duty in my studio by being stable enough to hold my warping board when winding warps for weaving on my loom. It easily moves out of the way when I need the table for painting. Overall, a great value and really love how versatile it is.

It’s a tank of a stand!
Just like the title says it’s built like a freaking tank. I picked it up because I had a need to take a ton still photos from above and found this approach was significantly quicker than using a scanner. The only thing I would change or wish it had was a slot running across the entire top bar as opposed to the fixed holes because there is no “true” center hole. But that is a nice to have IMO for more flexibility with positioning the camera. It’s big really big so make sure you check the dimensions but if you do any reels related to modeling, painting, miniatures, or have an obscene comic collection you are having graded and auctioned (which is what I am using it for) then you can’t go wrong with this. I was originally hesitant because of the price and I did like it up when a $20 off coupon was available, but after physically seeing it the welds are flawless and invisible (had to be bot welders) and again it’s a tank. 100% worth the price.

It’s sturdy
Just what I was looking for! I had to get super clamps to attach my tripod head for my camera since I like to shoot vertical, but I love it.

Sturdy, easy to setup.
Had this for over 2 years now I think? Use it for table photography, and playing magic the gathering on spelltable was it holds my R5 nicely as a over priced webcam. Build quality seems great although I haven't done much to it besides placing the camera on it, I have moved it from 1st floor to 2nd floor a few times with no issues. I'd buy it again.

I was skeptical at the start because of the seller review. But I received it and it was amazing. You don't need those expensive as diamonds. This was so premium and the best for the price. And it really helps my needs. The height adjustment is also cool. Though the only comment which is not that much of an issue is, there is no middle hole on the top bar so that you can put the camera exactly in the middle. The holes count is 12. It must be 11 or 13 so that there will be center hole. Overall is good. Thank you seller and Amazon.

Product looks well made and is easy to use. For me it is a time safer you put it complet away and set it up in a very short time. The only downside is maybe the price, but for the rest happy with it.

Suficientemente ancho y alto. ¡Una joya! 👍🎥
