This grill has a large cooking area. How evenly is the heat distributed?

It is brilliant and even across all of the plate. The only comment I would make is the plug is a little heavy for the socket so I put something underneath it to stop the plug from losing connection and switching off. Having said that I love mine and cook lots of things on it. Breakfast ...brilliant with seafood and fish .. and fabulous with steaks. I'm cooking blue steak on it tonight !

Is it possible to use this in a caravan?

I wouldn't have thought it possible to use in a caravan as it's quite long! On a table in a large awning perhaps but would be to long for most work tops, sorry!

What is the Length of electrical cable?

The cable (including the plug) is 3ft long which is ok if I'm using it on the work surface in the kitchen. When using it outside I just use a short extension lead.

Has anyone else had the problem with this grill that once it gets to temperature, it suddenly cools down again? Wondering if mine is faulty

I’ve just got mine and it has the same issue... keeps going off once it get in a high temperature, then gets on again, how did you fix yours?
