I have ADHD and I tried a week with and a week without and I do feel just a wee bit clearer with it, so there’s something to the hype.There are so many behind the scenes benefits to Lions Mane that I can’t remember right now, so I may repurchase. I have to look them up first, but for the purpose intended it’s not significant enough for now.The taste is fun, it’s mushroomy so you know what your working with.

I have been taking this for over a week now and while the taste wasn't anything remarkable it was easy to take; however, I haven't noticed any benefits from taking this.

Took a Half a dropper to try before doing a walking workout. I am amazed it kept me focus on what I was doing and concentrate rather than the 100 other things I should be doing. I am impressed on lion's mane works on its own, I have always taken in powder or capsule form with other mushrooms. Easy to use and the liquid does have a sweet taste that does not leave a bad after taste in mouth. Works quickly, would not suggest taken before bed or around dinner because it may keep you awake with energy. I do not like storing in the fridge because for me it's a hassle not having all my supplements together, since it is more for mind focus and clarity it won't be too much of a deal since I will be using early in the day, other supplements are taken more at dinner time.
